两株益生菌株黏附肠上皮样细胞HT29及其耐酸耐胆盐能力研究

摘要 目前乳酸杆菌与粪链球菌已经普遍应用做医药原料,在保护胃肠道方面起到了重要作用。但是药用菌株的评价却十分过时。在此实验中首次采用了黏附与耐酸耐胆盐作为评价手段,评价了市售产品培菲康的益生菌种。 At present, lactate bacillus and Streptococcus fecalis are made for medicine which play and important role in protecting gastrointestinal tract. In this paper, this experiment adopts adhesion and acidproof and cholateproof as and evaluation method not medicinal bacterial strain.
