论菲律宾对美国的依附性

An Analysis on the adherence of Philippine to the U.S.

美国统治时期,菲律宾建立起了同美国如出一辙的政治制度,这就决定了其政党政治运作方面对美国的依附性。同时,这一政治关系决定了二者的经济关系只能是菲律宾服从美国。尽管在美国40年的殖民期间,菲律宾以贸易为主体的经济出现了繁荣景象,人民的生活水平也有所提高,然而殖民主义本性决定了美国不会从根本上改变菲律宾的依附式经济地位和农业国特性,也不愿使菲律宾走上工业化道路。所以,美国对菲的建设是片面的、畸形的,由此形成的畸形经济结构在日后菲律宾的发展中必将对菲律宾社会历史造成消极影响。

<Abstrcat>During the American colonial period, U.S.A. exactly the same political system that Philippine set up, have determined its Party politics operation to depend on America . Meanwhile, the economic relation between the two countries that is determined by their political relation can only be that Philippine obeys U.S.A.. Though, during the forty-year-colonial period, the prosperous scene has appeared in the economy taking trade as subject of Philippine. And living standard of people has been Improved, too. But the colonialism natural instinct determined U.S.A. wouldn't change Philippine economy clinging to America and Philippine characteristic of agriculture country. Furthermore America is unwilling to make Philippine develop industry road. So the construction of Philippine which is led by U.S.A. is one-sided, misshapen. Therefore the deformity economic structure will cause passive influence on Philippine social history in the development of Philippine in the future.
