执政为民是执政党建设的一个时代声音,虽然"民"还带有鲜明的阶级色彩;加强执政能力建设是执政党面临的一个时代课题。在中国共产党的执政能力建设中,不仅要坚持党的无产阶级的阶级性质,而且必须代表最广大人民的根本利益。要真正做到执政为民,我们党的执政能力还面临许多严峻的挑战。我们党要继续走在时代前列,必须正视党群关系,正视时代背景下的新问题,从现实出发,从理论、主体、作风、制度等各个方面全面加强党的执政能力建设,切实解决好为了谁的问题,真正将能力落实到为民服务中去,落实到为民多办事、办实事、办好事、办成事中去。

<Abstrcat> The principle of government for the people is the requirement of the times for the improvement of the ruling Party although 'people' is still characterized by a distinctive class nature. The improvement of the capacity for assuming power is a problem of the times for the ruling Party. The improvement of the capacity for assuming power for CPC is to adhere to the proletarian class nature and to represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. The principle of government for the people requires our Party to keep pace with the times, attach great importance to the relationship between the Party and the masses, face the new problems of the times, improve the Party's capacity for assuming power from the perspective of the theory, subject, style and the system.
