Apreliminary Study in the Change of the Flicker Fusion Frequency in Different Exercised Loads

在测试、分析的基础上,对体育教育专业学生的闪烁值在不同运动负荷中变化规律进行初步的分析与探讨,目的是对在不同运动负荷中的运动性疲劳的生理指标进行量化研究,为合理地、科学地进行运动训练提供理论依据。

Based on the tests and analysis ,by analyzing the changing rules of the twinkling threshold in different sports of juniors majored in Physical Education of Chang chun Normal Insititute,the purpose of this article is to study the physical indexes of sporting tiredness in different exercised loads in order to give the reasonable and scientific theoretical basis to the sports training.
