Library roles exchange not merely promote administrator and librarians,understand and support each other,but also librarians and user are respected with each other,believed in,and then form the library and regard office-staff as basic motive force,regard reader as the humane environment that' people first,service is above everything else'of the basic goal. Because of this,content,principle which library roles exchanged,etc. have given new cognition,will innovate and play a certain reference arrivesing role to the management innovation or service of the library.
