服务忠诚驱动因素研究:综述与构想 被引量:8

摘要 系统识别服务忠诚驱动因素,构建一个综合、可操作性强的服务忠诚驱动模型,不仅可以指导服务企业培育忠诚顾客,而且也能为服务忠诚领域更进一步的研究提供新的路径。本文首先对服务忠诚的定义进行了界定,然后对服务忠诚驱动因素的理论与实证研究进行了综述,接着通过对已有研究的评述,提出了本文的研究构想。最后,指出了进一步研究的方向。
