摘要
目的:对无花果根的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行成分分离及精制,并利用UV、IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等光谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从无花果根乙醇提取液的石油醚萃取物中分离得到2个化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,化合物1)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,化合物2);从乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为补骨脂素(psoralen,化合物3)、香柠檬内酯(bergapten,化合物4)及胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,化合物5)。结论:化合物1、2和5为首次从无花果根中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of radix of Ficus caric L.. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization were used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and by comparison with the data reported in literature. Results: From the petrol-ether fraction of the EtOH extract of the radix of Ficus caric, 2 compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (compound 1) and lupeol (compound 2); and from the EtOAc fraction of the EtOH extract 3 compounds were isolated and identified as psoralen (compound 3), bergapten (compound 4) and daucosterol (compound 5). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 5 are isolated from the radix of Ficus caric for the first time.
