摘要
对石煤提钒湿法工艺的动力学方程进行了推导,将试验数据与所推导的动力学方程相结合,得出该反应属固模扩散控制,在浸出过程中降低颗粒粒度,适当提高浸出温度,可加快浸出反应的速度.
The kinetics of the leaching process of vanadium pentoxide from stone coal with H_2SO_4 and FeSO_4 was investigated. The kinetic equation of dissolution reaction was derived. On the basis of test data and kinetic equation, the controlling step was judged as solid membrance diffusion-controlled step. Temperature and size are main factors that influence reaction rate. The reaction rate can be improved at a higher temperature and with finer sizes.
