厌氧生物法处理活性染料废水的研究 被引量:9

摘要 模拟中温厌氧消化条件,对模拟染料废水的厌氧生物处理进行了研究.结果表明:对可溶性的偶氮活性染料处理效果较好;当污泥浓度在2~4 gVSS/L,反应时间为22 h,脱色率和COD去除率分别达到90%和70%左右;染料的浓度在0~200 mg/L时几乎没有抑制,染料浓度达到2 000 mg/L时,属重度抑制.废水紫外-可见光吸收光谱表明:在厌氧处理过程中,染料分子结构发生了明显的变化. The effect of anaerobic biological treatment on decoloration of dye wastewater was studied under the simulated experiment conditions.The result indicated that the decolorization and COD-degradation rate of soluble reactive dyes reached 90% and 70% respectively when decoloration time was just 22 hours and the sludge loading was 2~4 gVSS/L.There was no restraint when the dye concentration was under 200mg/L;during the processing the structure of dye had been changed.
