摘要
通过试验技术分析了某型发动机机油滤清器总成支坐发生断裂的原因,对复杂的滤清器结构进行简化,建立模态数值分析简化模型,反复修改数值分析模型,通过数值分析与试验的相关性分析,得到准确的数值分析模型.在该分析的基础上,采用有限元技术进行了多个改进方案模型的模态分析,考虑工艺和成本实施了最佳方案,螺栓断裂故障得到排除.
The experimental technology has been employed to analyze the bolt fracture malfunction of the lubricant oil filter bracket. The complex filter structure has been simplied to establish the modal numerical model. The correlation anlysis has been done; and the model is modified time and again according to the experimental data. Based on the former analysis, the modal analysis of several improved projects has been done with the finite element method. At last, the best project has been carried into execution with the consideration of the technics and cost; and the bolt fracture malfunction has been eliminated.
