摘要 对JKY-1型红外分光水中油份浓度测定仪进行了实验验证。水中的石伯类物质经四氯化碳或三氯三氯乙烷萃取后,用JKY-1型红外分光水中油份浓度测定仪在波数分别为2930cm-1、2950cm-1和3030cm-1处进行扫描测定。仪器的适用范围为10~100mg/L(4cm比色皿)和40~400mg/L(1cm比色皿),测定的相对标准偏差<10%,标准石油烃的回收率为92%~106%。结合不同红外测油仪测定标准石油烃及实际水样的结果对比,对仪器的性能进行了综合评价。 The testification and assessment results to JKY-1 IR spectrophotometer which was specially designed for the determination of hydrocarbon oil were reported in this paper. Hydrocaron oil in water and wastewater was determined by extraction in CC14 or C2Cl3F3 followed by the IR spectrophotometc analysis of the extract at three fixed wave numbers (e. g.2930.2960and 3030cm-1). The determination ranges of hydrocarbon oil were 10~100mg/Lfor 4cm cell, and 40~400mg/L for 1cm cell respectively. The relative standard deviation was less than 10%, and the recovery of the standard hydrocarbon oil was about 92%~106%. The disadvantages were also discussed.
