摘要
从原油变重，工艺改造等方面分析安庆石化炼油厂废水合格率下降的原因，提出需要加强预处理，提高二级处理，配套后处理来提高合格率。
The cause of the wastewater discharge level declining was found because of heavier crude and improved process etc. In the Refinery of Anqing Petrochemical Complex. Strengthening the preliminary, second and advanced treatment was suggested to enhance the wastewater discharge level rate.
