摘要 目的制备壳聚糖磷脂复合物并鉴定。方法分别采用溶剂分散法和湿态研磨法制备不同比例的复合物,所得产物用电泳法鉴定。结果电泳分析证实两种方法均可制备得到壳聚糖磷脂复合物,干燥复合物在稀乙酸中溶解良好,分散体系稳定。结论溶剂分散法和湿态研磨法均适用于制备壳聚糖磷脂复合物。 Objective To prepare chitosan-phospholipid complex and identify it.Methods Complexes in various rations were prepared by solvent dispersion and whet in wet separately and identify by electrophoresis.Results The complexes prepared by both the methods are soluble in thin acetic acid and the dispersion obtained is stable.Conclusion Both methods used are suitable to prepare chitosan-phospholipid complex.
