通心络对糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白排泄率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察通心络对糖尿病肾病(diabitic nephropathy,DN)尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的影响.方法选择72例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期DN患者,随机分为两组,各36例.在常规降糖,降压药治疗的基础上,治疗组加用通心络胶囊,每日6粒分3次口服,连用8周,观察治疗前后UAER,D-D聚体,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),血尿素氮(BUN),血肌酐(SCr),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)的变化.结果治疗组BUN,SCr,TC,TG治疗后UAER,D-D聚体,BUN,SCr,TC,TG明显下降,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗前后HbA1C差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论通心络可明显降低糖尿病肾病患者的UAER及D-D聚体,并有改善肾功能及降低血脂的作用. Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on Urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER) of diabitic nephropathy (DN).Methods Sixty patients of type 2 diabitic with DN were randomly divided into control group and treated group.UAER,D-polymer,HbA_1C,blood ureanitrogen(BUN),suremcreatinine(SCr),blood lipids(TC,TG) figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,UAER,D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG had been decreased significantly in treated group (P<0.05);there were significantly differences in between treatment group and control group (P<0.05);while no significant decrease of HbA_1C,had been found in both groups during the follow-up (P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can decreased proteinuria and D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG of the patients with DN.
