激光切割参数的获取及数据库的建立

Collection of Laser Cutting Parameters and Establishment of the Database

分析了激光切割参数获取的难点,同时在积累NEL-CM型激光切割器加工参数的基础上建立了激光切割参数数据库,并提出了基于模糊关系建立切割参数数据库的思想,为实现激光加工的自动化提供了基础。

This paper analyzed the difficulties of getting parameters in laser cutting, and established the parameter database for laser cutting based on accumulating the parameters of NEL-CM laser machine, then presented the idea of establishing the parameters database for laser cutting based on fuzzy relations. It provided the basis for realizing the automation in laser cutting.
