摘要 浓缩湿法磷酸由于颜色较深,不能满足溶剂萃取法净化工艺的要求,因此有必要对其进行脱色处理。使用活性炭和过氧化氢对浓缩湿法磷酸进行脱色,研究了脱色温度、脱色时间和脱色剂用量对脱色效果的影响,结果表明:在70℃下加入1.5%活性炭(质量分数,下同)和0.3%过氧化氢(以H2O2计)脱色1h,脱色效果良好,脱色酸的色度可小于30黑曾。 It is necessary to decolorize wet-process phosphoric acid because its chroma can not meet the requirement of solvent extraction purification craft. In this paper, concentrated wet-process phosphoric acid was decolorized by active carbon and hydrogen peroxide. The effects of temperature, absorption time and amount of decoloring agent on the decoloration were studied. The results showed that the optimum decoloring conditions were as follows: temperature 70 ℃; absorption time 1 h; amount of active carbon 1.5% and amount of hydrogen peroxide (0.3%)(based on H_2O_2).The chroma of decolorized acid could be less than 30.
