摘要
用浸渍法制备出Cu/γ-Al2O3催化剂,借助XRD和BET对催化剂的晶体结构、比表面积和平均孔径进行了表征。以丙烯为还原剂,NO转化率为活性评价指标,进行了选择催化还原反应测试。结果表明:Cu负载量和煅烧温度对催化剂的晶体结构、比表面积、平均孔径和活性有影响。当煅烧温度为1073K,Cu负载量为质量分数10%时,催化剂的活性最高。
A series of Cu/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared by immersion method. The crystal structure, specific surface and average pore size of catalyst were characterized by XRD and BET.The selective catalytic reduction of NO with (C_3H_6) over Cu/γ-Al_2O_3 had been studied. The results indicated that the crystal structure, specific surface, average pore size and activity of catalyst were influenced by various Cu loading amounts and different calcination temperatures. It was found that the catalytic activity was the highest at the condition of 1 073 K and 10% Cu loading amount.
