摘要
目的探讨快速、准确、灵敏的ELISA法在检测轮状病毒抗原中的应用。方法采用深圳安群ELISA轮状病毒抗原检测试剂盒,直接检测294例腹泻患儿大便中的轮状病毒抗原。结果在294例小儿腹泻的新鲜粪便中,检出158例为轮状病毒抗原阳性,其阳性检出率为53.7%。结论该法对腹泻患儿粪便中轮状病毒的检测具有方便、快捷以及灵敏度和准确度高的优点,易于应用、推广。
Objective To evaluation a kind of method if it can detect antigen of rotavirus precisely and quickly by ELISA.Methods 292 samples have been detected by ELISA reagents from Anquu of Shenzhen city.Results 158 samples are positive when there are 294 samples were detected.Positive rate of rotavirus is 53.1%(158/294).Conclusion The method of detecting rotavirus by ELISA is not only convenient and quick,but also sensitivity and accuracy.It is easy to be used in many kind of hospital.
