鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术后上颌窦口狭窄或闭锁原因分析和对策

Analysis and countermeasure of ostium maxilare parochialism or atresia after paranasal sinus surgery by endoscopy

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术后上颌窦口狭窄或者闭锁原因及处理对策。方法通过鼻内窥镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎78例123侧。采用Messeklinger方式,对上颌窦自然口采用不扩大、膜性扩大、骨性扩大三种方式,8例患者术后有上颌窦口狭窄或闭锁。结果8例患者经过早期处理,均获得良好通气和引流。结论术中对上颌窦自然口采用不扩大、膜性扩大、骨性扩大三种方式,结合术后早期处理可避免术后上颌窦口狭窄或者闭锁。

Objective To study the reason causes ostium maxilare parochialism or atresia after paranasal sinus surgery by endoscopy.Methods To operated 78 cases (including 123 sides) of chronic nasosinusitis by endoscopy. Adopt Messeklinger operation mode to ostium maxilare by three ways of no expanding, membranal expanding and bonal expanding. 8 patients suffered ostium maxilare parochialism or atresia since surgery.Results By early exchanging dressing and rinsing all the 8 cases patients get well ventilation and drainage.Conclusion Improved surgical methods by three ways and early treat after operation has markable effect to prevent and recover ostium maxilare parochialism or atresia after paranasal sinus surgery
