摘要
目的探讨B超在宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术中全程监测的应用。方法采用FFsonicUF-4000型便携B超仪对218例异常子宫出血进行子宫内膜切除术中宫壁厚度测定及切割深度的监测指导。结果所监测218例宫内膜电切术,其中同时切除粘膜下肌瘤41例,子宫内膜息肉36例,无1例穿孔。结论B超在宫腔镜宫内膜切除术中监测是一种简便易行,安全可靠的方法。
Objective To probe into the application of B-ultrasound monitor in th e whole process of hysteroscope endometrectomy. Method 218 cases of abnormal ut erus blooding were conducted measurement of the thickness of the uterine linings and monitor & guidance of the incising depth during the endometrectomy, with t he use of FFsonic UF-4000 portable B-ultrasound instrument. Results Among the 2 18 cases with endometrium electrotomy that were monitored,41cases with submucous tumors and 36 cases with endometrium polypus were incised respectively. There was not even one case of perforation. Conclusion B-ultrasound is a kind of easy , practicable, safe and reliable method in the monitor of the process of hystero scope endometrectomy.
