摘要
目的对万托林(0.5%沙丁胺醇)氧气加压吸入治疗百日咳期的临床疗效观察。方法80例临床诊断百日咳住院患儿随机分成两组,对照组38例用红霉素治疗,治疗组42例在对照组基础上用氧气加压吸入万托林雾化溶液,比较两组治疗前后痉挛性咳嗽症状的改善。结果治疗组有效率95.2%,对照组68.5%,两组有极显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组痉挛性咳嗽缓解时间明显短于对照组。结论万托林氧气加压吸入治疗百日咳,可使症状迅速缓解,有确切的疗效。
Objective To explore the effects of treatment of pertussis-infected c hildren in the period of spasmodic cough with inhalation of 0.5% VENTOLIN soluti on through oxygen-nebulization. Methods 80 patients of whooping cough admitted w ere randomly assigned into treatment group(42 patients)treated with erythromycin plus inhalation of 0.5% VENTOLIN solution through oxygen-nebulization,and contr ol group(38 patients) with erythromycion. Results At the end of the treatment pr ogram,95.2% of patients in treatment group and 68.5% in control group achieved p artial or complete effect(P<0.01).And the time for relieving spasmodic cough was shorter in treatment group than in control group. Conclusions It is suggested t hat the inhalation 0.5% VENTOLIN solution through oxygen-bulization have signifi cant effect in shortening the courses of spasmodic cough in pertussis-infected children.
