摘要
应用HHCOSY、HMQC、HMBC二维核磁共振技术,参考19F与1H及13C的偶合裂分情况,对抗真菌新药伏立康唑的1HNMR、13CNMR19FNMR谱中的信号进行了全归属,确证了其结构,可用于质量标准研究。
With techniques of HHCOSY、HMQC and HMBC and the acquired coupling patterns of 19F with 1H and 13C,the new antimigraine agent, voriconazole, and its 1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR signals were fully assigned,and the structure was identified. The product quantity can be controlled.
