摘要
以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH体系为显色剂分光光度法测定罗布麻叶内的黄酮类物质。确定了提取总黄酮的适当溶剂、时间和显色剂用量。建立了芦丁浓度-吸光度关系的回归方程为A=0.145+7.9464C,r=0.9993。平均回收率为97.67%,相对标准偏差为0.52%。方法简单、可行、重现性好。
The total flavoniods in Apocynum Venetum L. were determined by spectrophotometry with rutin standard and NaNO2-AlCl3-NaOH system. The maximum absorption of lutin standard is at 510nm. The regression equation is A = 0. 145 + 7. 9464C(r = 0. 9993) with the average recovery of 97. 67% and RSD of 0. 52%. The method is simple, reproducible and suitable for the determination of total flavones.
