摘要
基于Fenton反应和抑制邻苯三酚自氧化原理,分光光度法测定体系吸光度的变化研究巴戟天抗自由基活性,证明巴戟天对羟自由基(·OH)及超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)均有良好的清除作用,清除率与巴戟天的浓度有一定的量效关系。
Based on Fenton reaction and the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol,the anti-radical activity of morinda officinalis how was studied by spectrophotometry. The morinda officinalis how has obvious scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical(·OH) and superoxide anion radical(O2-·) with the efficiency related to concentration of morinda officinalis how.
