国内泵业技术现状与发展趋势

The Analysis on Present Situation and Developing Trends of Pump Technology in China

随着科学技术的不断发展,泵的应用领域正在迅速扩大。因此,提高泵技术水平对节约能源具有重要的意义。但是,目前我国相关企业在泵产品的设计、开发能力和速度、工艺技术、生产装备、专业化程度及质量控制等方面还远远落后于国外企业。为此,分析了国内泵行业的技术发展现状与生产状况,展望了国内泵业技术的发展趋势。

Pump is a kind of general machine being widely used. With the continuous development of science and technology, the application field of pump is extending promptly. Thus, it is significant to improve the technology of the pump for saving energy. This paper analyses the developing situation in technology and production situation of pump in China. However, we are still dropped far behind foreign enterprises on many aspects, such as the production of pump designing and developing capacity, developing velocity, technology, production equipments, degree of the specialization, quality control, and so on. Had prospected the developing trends of pump technology in China, we should establish competition and hardship consciousness and engage in technology innovation to improve the products quality. Besides, this paper can guide the further research.
