摘要
目前,许多从业者存在着错误的观念,认为逆向物流就像顺向物流,只不过是卡车逆着路线行驶,或者说逆向物流就是顺向物流的对称。实际上,二者的差别是很大的,且覆盖了物流的很多方面。可以说,逆向物流带来了顺向物流所没有的机遇和挑战。为此,基于顺向物流和逆向物流各自的特点,分析比较了二者的差异,并针对逆向物流的特殊性,总结了科学管理逆向物流的4点策略。
Based on the peculiarities of forward and reverse logistics, this article compared the differences between forward and reverse logistics, and summarized four strategies for reverse logistics management.
