目前,各大乳品企业下属奶站收奶计量计费工作主要依靠精度较差的磅秤称量和手工记录方式,计量计费工作繁重,且存在较多的人为误差。为此,开发了IC卡收费计量计费管理机,介绍了系统的组成、工作原理以及软件系统。试验表明:系统具有数据采集存储快速可靠、操作简单方便、性能稳定、使用寿命长、可在低温潮湿环境下工作等特点,宜于推广应用。

At present, the milk collecting measure and charge work of milk stations that belong to big daily food corporations mostly depends on weighing by platform scale and recording by hands. This kind of measure and charge work is very heavy, and there are also many personal errors. Therefore, we develop the IC card milk collecting measure and charge manage machine. System composition, operational principle and software system are illuminated in the article. The test indicates that the system has many good characteristics. It has quick and reliable data colletion and storage, a convenient and simple operation, a steady capability and a long service life. It can work under the condition of low temperature and moist environment as well. It should be popularized and applied.
