摘要
据调查表明,80%的机械系统失效是由于磨损引起的。因此,改善润滑状态、提高设备的可靠性和寿命成为现代设计和制造业的首要任务。为了减少摩擦、磨损,提高机械系统的寿命,应用一种新的设计方法—基于摩擦学的设计,以赫兹理论和弹流润滑理论为基础,建立摩擦学设计模型。为了使摩擦学设计模型适用于各种工况,对其进行了修正。结合实例,通过改变参数进行计算、分析和比较,得出可行性的结论。
A new design method of gear transmission, initiative tribology design transmission , is put forward in order to decrease friction, wear, and improve situation of lubrication and increase life of machine system in this paper. Based on Hertz’s theory and 码 elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, the tribological design model of heavy load straight cylinder gear transmission is created. Lubrication and strength of gear are ensured. Analysis of tribological design model is made by different parameters variation .Correctness and feasibility conclusions are made.
