去铁胺对大鼠实验性脊髓损伤的观察治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨去铁胺对急性脊髓损伤的治疗机制。方法:将45只SD雄性大鼠分三组:空白组(S组),打开椎管未损伤脊髓;去铁胺治疗组(DFO组),损伤脊髓加去铁胺治疗;对照组(C组),损伤脊髓加生理盐水治疗。用改良Tarlov评分和斜板试验测定其神经功能以及测定脊髓匀浆丙二醛(MDA)的含量和游离铁的浓度。结果:神经功能恢复方面:去铁胺治疗组的角度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);去铁胺治疗组丙二醛(MDA)的含量和游离铁的浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:去铁胺对急性脊髓损伤的治疗机制可能通过降低游离铁的浓度、减轻组织脂质过氧化而起作用。 Objective: To study the protective mechanism of DFO on SCI. Methods:Forty five male SD rats were divided into three groups: S group, DFO group and C group. The level of MDA and free iron in the involved spinal cord was determined. Assessment of neurologic function was performed at 1,3,7,14,21 days by Tarlov score and Rivlin inclined plane angle. Results: Four hours after SCI, the level of MDA and free iron in the involved spinal was significantly decreased in DFO group compared to C group(P(<0.05)). The Tarlov score and Rivlin inclined plane angle were significantly increased in DFO group compared to C group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that DFO would have protective effect on SCI by decreased the level of MDA and free iron.
