Study on the Gurisprudential Ideals of Prof.Han De-pei

韩德培教授是我国当代一位学识渊博、思想进步、德高望重的法学家和教育家。他在国际私法、环境法、法理学和法律教育等方面作出了卓越的贡献,逐渐形成了其科学和完整的理论体系。尤其是在国际私法领域,他创造性地提出了“一机两翼”的大国际私法理论,创新了中国国际私法的理论体系和立法体系,堪称中国国际私法的一代宗师。

Professor Han De-pei, a famous contemporary jurist and educator, has greatly contributed to Chinese Private Law, Jurisprudence and Legal Education by founding a scientific and distinct school of thoughts. He has been considered a master of great learning and integrity in the field of Private International Law, by setting up a theory of so-called “Great Private International Law”and displaying his initiative in creating Chinese legislative and theoretical system of PIL.
