摘要
本文从严格的数学优化方法出发,提出了一种新的电网规划的多目标模糊优化模型,文中同时考虑了投资最小,可靠性最大,对环境的影响最小等三个目标,通过对各目标实现程度的隶属函数进行定义,提出了求解模型的模糊算法,将多目标优化规划问题转化成模糊规划问题,所得解使得各目标总体实现程度最好。最后,对某实际系统进行了计算。
Based on a strict mathematic method, the paper Presents a available muti-objective optimization model for power netwerk Planning. The three objectives, that is, the least investment,the maximum reliability and the minmum environmental impacts,have been considered Simultaneovsly in the Proposed model.in term of the method of fuzzy methematics, the membership function of the objecfive realization degree can be defined. with an effective fuzzy solution procedure. the proposed model is turned single-objective optimijation Problem to be Solued iteratively. the solvtion obtained optimije the overal satisfactory degree. Finally, as an erample, a real system is given to demonstrate the method.
