广西38所三级医院部分住院病种医疗质量综合评价研究

General evaluation of quality of inpatient services in 38 tertiary hospitals in Guangxi Autonomous region

目的:开展单病种医疗质量综合评价,加强监督和控制,为卫生主管部门提供决策依据,并为我国将来建立全面、统一和准确的单病种医疗质量评价系统积累经验。方法:收集广西38所三级医院2003年1月1日至2004年12月31日60068份出院病例作为测试样本,采用SAS6.12软件,结合病种医疗质量综合评价指数法,对8种常见多发病的医疗质量进行分析和评价。结果:降低医疗费用,尤其是降低药品费用比例,控制住院日,是广西三级医院近年单病种质量控制的重点。讨论:运用综合评价指数法评价单病种医疗质量的方法是可行的,研究结果可以进一步推广应用。

Object: To evaluate medical service quality by case, enhance supervision and control, and provide evidences forhealth policy making of local health bureaus. Method: To collect 60068 discharge cases of 8 kinds diseases from Jan 1st, 2003 toDec. 31st, 2004 from 38 tertiary hospitals in Guangxi Autonomous region. All the data were analyzed combination generalevaluation index of medical quality with SAS 6.12. Result: to decrease medical cost, especially medicine cost, and control lengthof days are the mainly ways to manage medical quality. Discuss: General evaluation index is a useful tool and the result is valueto be implemented widely.
