摘要
医患冲突频频发生,是由多方面原因引起的,但是,最主要的矛盾是由医患沟通不够造成的。本文通过对医患沟通的分析,认为与其等到医疗纠纷已出现再去解决,不如早从预防上下功夫,把问题消灭在萌芽状态。为此,预防医患冲突,语言沟通是医患关系和谐的必要条件;行为沟通是医患和谐的辅助和补充;医院在医患沟通中应起“桥梁”作用,建立并落实医患沟通机制。
There are lots of factors for collision between medical staff and patients. However, the first reason is absent ofcommunication between medical staff and patients. This article analyzes communication between medical staff and patients. Theconclusion is that prevention of collision is more important than dealing with it after it happens. Therefore, language communicationis necessary condition for prevention collision and behavior communication is supplementary condition. Hospital should play abridge role between medical staff and patient and make mechanism of communication between medical staff and patients.
