本文介绍了一种采用单片机进行湿度和温度同时检测与调控系统的工作原理及用户程序流程图，提出了一种检测湿度的新方案。

In the paper,the working principle of the system which can survey and supervise the humidity and temperature simultaneously by the use of the computer-on-a-chip and the user's program flow chart and also a new way of surveying the humidity are presented.
