过盈配合齿轮齿圈的预应力

Prestresses of the Ring in the Thermal-coordinated Gear

太原钢铁公司花巨款进口的大型齿轮增速装置为过盈配合，曾因事故多次停产，给国家造成重大经济损失。传统的齿轮弯曲强度计算方法无法考虑过盈配合的预应力，因而设计结果可能偏离实际并引起严重后果。本文介绍了用大型结构计算程序SAP5对太钢齿轮强度进行计算的结果，并与传统方法的结果作了对比，为此类问题的计算和分析提供了一种行之有效的新方法。

Uing the traditional method for calculating the flexural strength of the gear,prestresses of the thermal coordination can' t be considered. Therefore the result of design may be deviate from the real result. In this paper,the calculated strength of the thermal coordinated gear of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Commany is dealed with by the structural analysis program(SAP5).And the results are compared with those got by the traditional method. Thus,a new effective method is provided for analysing and calculating the same question.
