摘要
There are three perspectives in understanding the term “put people in priority”: of Chinese ancient feudalist class (Guan Zi), of modern Western humanist and of Marxist. Due to the result of mixing up “put people in priority” with modern Western humanism, someone refuses to link up “put people in priority” with socialism. However, Marx’s scientific socialism must be scientific law and purpose the saying, namely, “put people in priority”.
