摘要
通过不同剂量辐射处理瓜尔豆干种子,结果表明:辐射处理瓜尔豆干种子的半致死剂量为500Gy。瓜尔豆产量构成因素中主要性状的变异度与辐射剂量大小显著相关,尤以单株籽数、单荚籽数的变异系数最高。在剂量450~550Gy范围内对瓜尔豆辐射其有利变异突变率高。
The seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonloba were irradiated by 60Co gamma ray of 0~600 Gy. The results showed that: the sub-lethal dose was 500 Gy. The dose was remarkable related with the diversity of main plant characters of guar. The coefficient of variability was the highest in the number of seeds per plant and the number of seeds per pod. The adaptive dose inducing favorable mutation was 450~550 Gy.
