摘要
为了获得较高的L-天冬氨酸β-脱羧酶活力,选用PseudomonasdacunhaeCPU9001菌株进行培养,在含有1.5%L-谷氨酸盐,0.5%富马酸铵,1%富马酸钠,3.0%玉米浆,2%蛋白陈,0.05%KH2PO4和0.01%MgSO4·7H2O,pH7.0~7.5的培养液中30℃发酵28h,L-谷氨酸盐有益于L-天冬氨酸β-脱羧醇的增加。

for increasing L-As-parate β-decarboxylase.
