摘要 定量分析了葛不同品种不同部位主要有机营养成分和葛中锌、铅、镉的含量。结果表明:不同品种相同部位主要成分含量无显著差异;不同部位之间比较,葛根中淀粉和可溶性糖的含量显著高于茎和叶,氨基酸含量茎稍高于根和叶,蛋白质含量少且无差异,锌、铅、镉在葛根、茎、叶各部位之间差异较大,含量呈递减分布,即:根>茎>叶。 The contents of main organic nutrition of different parts of different kudzu vine varieties were analyzed, as well as the contents of zine, lead and Cadmium. The results showed that, the contents of main composition of the same parts of different varieties had no marked difference. But the contents of starch and soluble sugar were remarkably various, while the amino acid content in stem was tightly higher than root and leaf. The protein content of different parts had no difference . The variation of the content of zinc, lead cadmium was great, their contents were reduced gradually(root>stem>leaf).
