人胚胸腺肽和小牛胸腺肽对癌症患者T细胞亚群分布影响的对比研究

Distribution of T-lymphocyte Subgroups in the Patients with CancerTreated By Human Embryo-Thymopeptidum(HETP)and Calf Thy-mopeptidum(CTP)

采用随机法研究了人胚胸腺肽和小牛胸腺肽对癌症患者治疗前后外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果显示人胚胸腺组外周血ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８值较小牛胸腺肽组显著增加。癌症组较正常组ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值显著减少。提示癌症患者免疫功能降低，胸腺肽治疗均可使其免疫功能改善，而人胚胸腺肽明显优于小牛胸腺肽。

hanges of T-cell subgroup in the peripheral blood were studied by the random method in the patientswith cancer,which were treated by H ETP and CTP,Results show that the ratico of CD、CD、CD/CD in the H ETP group increase significantly than the CTP group(P<0.05),The ratios in the can-cer group decrease significantly than the normal group(P<0. 05).We suggest that the immunity ofcancer group is low and the Thymopeptidi may improve the immunity,however,H ETP is better thanCTP.
