摘要
本文报导一种新的制备和纯化HCG的方法。正常2~5个月妊娠妇女尿用苯甲酸钠吸附的脱附品,经50%乙醇抽提、10~60%乙醇分级、DEAE-纤维素柱层析和Sepharose4B-蓖麻凝集素柱层析纯化后,低温酒精沉淀干燥,可得到生物活性4600IU/mg的HCG精品。

HCG,from the urine of normal 2-5 monthes preg-nant women,was developed and reported. HCG
was absorbed by sedium phenylformate. The ab-sorbate was purified by 50%
alcohol.extraction,40~60% alcohol fractionation,DEAE-cellulose col-umn chromatography and
ricin us conm u is aggl utinin affinity chromatography. After alohol precipita-tion at low
temperature and drying.he refined HCG is obtained,whose bio-activity higher than4000IU/mg.
