摘要
利用电导率法和可溶性糖法对五个酿酒葡萄品种(西拉、赤霞珠、梅鹿辄、蛇龙珠、玫瑰香)的抗寒性进行了鉴定。结果表明:在宁夏地区不同酿酒葡萄品种抗寒性存在着明显的差别,它们抗寒性强弱依次为赤霞珠>西拉>蛇龙珠>梅鹿辄>玫瑰香。
Comparison of the cold hardiness of five wine grapevines (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Gernischet, Muscat Hamburg) by using the two methods of conductivity and soluble sugar.The results shows: the cold hardiness of different wine grapevines is obviously different. The order of the cold hardiness from strong to weak is Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Gernischet, Merlot, Muscat Hamburg.
