摘要
在磷酸介质中,铬(对溴酸钾氧化吡口罗红Y的反应具有很强的催化作用,据此建立了催化荧光法测定痕量铬(的新方法。该催化反应在沸水浴中进行9min,为假零级反应。测定铬(的线性范围为5·0~100·0μg/L,检出限为3·2×10-9g/mL。本法用于环境水样中痕量铬(的测定,并进行了加标回收试验,回收率在96%~102%之间。
A new catalytic fluorimetic method is proposed for the detemination of trace chromium?.The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of pyronine Y by potassium bromate in dilute phosphoric acid medium.The catalytic reaction,which is pseudo-zero-order,runs for 9 minin boiling water.The linear range of detemination is 5.0-100.0 g/L.The detection limit is 3.210^(-9) g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace chromium? in environmental water samples,and the recoveries in the range of 96%102% are obtained.
