Tension-free Vaginal Tape Procedure for Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的观察无张力阴道吊带手术治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法2002年1月～2004年7月,采用无张力阴道吊带术治疗压力性尿失禁17例。结果17例患者均手术成功,术后全部病例随访6～30个月,平均23个月,15例治愈,治愈率88.2%,2例再次出现尿失禁。结论无张力阴道吊带手术效果是肯定的,值得应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the tension-free vaginal tape procedure for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 17 women with stress urinary incontinence were treated by the tension-free vaginal tape procedure from January 2002 to July 2004.Results All of the 17 operations were successful.All of them have been followed up for 6 months to 30 months with an average of 23 months after the tension-free vaginal tape procedure.15 cases cured with 88.2% curative rate and 2 recurrence. Conclusion Since the tension-free vaginal tape procedure is effective and reliable in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence,it is worth promoting and popularizing.
