高频彩超对乳腺导管疾病的诊断价值

Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Mammary Duct Diseases

目的探讨高频彩超对乳腺导管疾病的诊断价值。方法应用实时高频彩超检查对105例乳腺导管疾病患者的声像图特征,进行回顾性分析。结果105例乳腺导管疾病的超声诊断均经手术及病理证实,超声诊断符合率为79.0%。结论高频彩超是乳腺导管疾病的简便有效的诊断方法,可为临床治疗措施的选择提供重要的参考依据。

Objective To study the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of mammary duct diseases.Methods The ultrasound images of 105 cases with mammary duct diseases were analysed retrospectively by high frequency color doppler ultrasound.Results Ultrasound diagnosis of 105 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. The diagnosis accuracy rate of high frequency color doppler was 79.0%. Conclusion High frequency color doppler ultrasound is valuable diagnosis method on mammary duct diseases. It can provide guidance for clinical treatment.
