妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘与血清中HO-1的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血红素氧合酶-内源性一氧化碳(HO-CO)系统与妊娠期高血压疾病发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化、分光光度法及联二亚硫酸盐法分别测定了60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者和20例正常晚孕妇女胎盘HO-1表达强度、血清HO-1与血浆CO水平的变化。结果①子疒间前期轻度、重度组胎盘HO-1表达强度、血清HO-1活性及血浆CO水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。②各组血浆CO水平与血中HO-1活性之间呈显著正相关。结论HO-CO系统参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的病理生理过程,监测血中HO-1活性及CO水平的变化有助于临床判断病情并指导临床治疗。 Objective To evaluate the role of HO-CO in pathophysiological changes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). Methods We examined the expression of HO-1 in placenta,activity of HO-1in serum ,plasma level of CO in 20 normal late pregnant women and 60 patients with HDCP.Results ①HO-1 protein was present predominantly in syncytiotrophoblastic cells and some stem villous endothelium.The intensity of HO-1 immunostaining was significantly reduced in HDCP group compared with the normal late pregnant group,P<0.05.There was negative correlation between the intensity of HO-1 immunostaining and the state of HDCP.②Compared with normal term pregnant women, activity of HO-1in serum and plasma CO level in HDCP group decreased with seriousness of HDCP. Of four groups,there was a significant positive correlation between level of plasma CO and expression of placenta HO-1.Conclusion CO that produced by placenta HO-1 may be the main source of plasma CO.HO-CO system may be one of the factors in the pathogenesis of HDCP.
