2-丁烯齐聚物加氢制异辛烷汽油中试研究 被引量:1

摘要 在丁烯齐聚物加氢侧线装置上对异辛烯加氢制异辛烷LY-QJJQ催化剂及加氢工艺进行了中试研究。催化剂装填量为120L,适宜工艺条件:入口温度145~150℃,出口温度300~340℃,反应压力3.5MPa,V(H2)/V(齐聚汽油)500~600,空速1.0~1.5h-1,V(加氢产品)/V(原料油)1.0~1.5。结果表明,LY-QJJQ催化剂活性较高,稳定运转1300h后活性基本未变,在适宜操作条件下可使加氢汽油产品中烯烃质量分数小于10%。 In a on-line poilt plant of butylene oligomer hydrogenation, the hydrogenation of butylene was researched with LY-QJJQ hydrogenation catalyst. 120 L LY-QJJQ hydrogenation catalyst were filled into the hydrogenation reactor. After 1300 h running, the activity of catalyst was not reduced and the preferable operation parameters of hydrogenation were obtained. The import temperature was 145-150 ℃, export temperature was 300-340 ℃, reaction pressure was 3. 5 MPa, V(H2)/V(gasoline) was 500-600, space velocity was 1.0-1.5 h-1 and dilution ratio was 1.0-1.5. The content of olefins in hydrogenated oil was less than 10% under the hydrogenation condition.
