LOSA-1丙烯增产助剂的工业应用

Commercial application of LOSA -1 ingredient for propylene production

为解决丙烯原料短缺问题,荆门石化公司在80万t/a重油催化裂化装置上应用LOSA-1增产丙烯助剂。应用结果表明:丙烯产率平均增加1.32%,平均增产丙烯29.88t/d,经济效益1253.52万元/a;LOSA-1加入量为3%～5%;加入LOSA-1对产品分布、汽油质量及装置的加工能力影响不大。

In order to solve the shortage of propylene feed, the LOSA-1 ingredient for propylene production was applicated in a 800 kt/a RFCCU of Jingmen Petrochemical Company. The results showed that by additing 3%-5% ( mass fraction ) of LOSA-1, the average yield of propylene increased 1. 32% ,the production of propylene increased 29. 88 t/d,and created good economical profits. The addition of LOSA-1 had little effect on the distribution of product, the quality of gasoilen and the process capability of oil.
