摘要
以乙腈+水(40+60)为流动相,用反相高效液相色谱法和紫外检测器分离测定氯噻啉原药。结果表明,本方法的标准偏差为0.32,变异系数为0.33%,平均回收率为99.88%,线性相关系数为0.999。
A RP-HPLC method was developed for quantitative determination of imidachothiz by using a C18column with an UV detectoras well as acetonitrile and water ata ratio of40to60as a mobile phase.The resultshowed thatstandard deviations,coeffiˉcients of variation,average recovery,and linear correlation were0.32,0.33%,99.88%,and0.999respectively.
