摘要
文章将正交异性钢桥面板和铺装层作为桥面系整体进行多目标正交设计,以桥面板刚度、铺装层表面最大拉应变和桥面系自重为设计目标,应用功效函数法将多目标设计化为单目标设计,通过正交分析法找到最佳结构参数组合,以提高桥面板刚度、改善铺装层的受力和减轻桥面系的重量。文中选择的设计变量范围覆盖了目前常用的桥面系结构参数值,设计结果具有一定的应用参考价值。
This paper deals with the multiple objective orthogonal design of the orthotropic steel bridge deck system,during which the rigidity of the steel bridge deck,the maximumtensional strain on the pavement and the total weight of the deck system are selected as design objects.The efficiency function is applied to transform the multiple objective design into a single object design.The orthogonal analysis is used to obtain the optimal structural parameters.Thus,the mechanical condition of the paveˉment is improved and the weight of the steel deck systemis reduced while the rigidity of the steel bridge deck is satisfactory.In this paper,the range ofthe design parameters contains the actual values of the practical steel bridge deck systems so thatthe optiˉmum result can be worthy of consulting for practical engineering nowadays.
